Hot off the press: Bacterial Sec translocon investigated on at a time, just published in eLife.
A new paper on the translocation of polypeptides through bacterial plasma membrane has been published in eLife. In the paper we look at the dynamics of the bacterial Sec translocon at multiple time scales using single molecule fluorescence.
